Determination of questions. The Common Representative as between itself and the holders of Covered Bonds (if any) shall have full power to determine all questions and doubts arising in relation to any of the provisions of this Agreement and every such determination, whether made upon a question actually raised or implied in the acts or proceedings of the Common Representative, shall be conclusive and shall bind the Common Representative, the holders of the Covered Bonds (if any).
