Determination of Obligations to be Redeemed. (a) If less than all the Obligations are to be redeemed pursuant to Section 3.04 or 3.05, the Indenture Trustee shall select Obligations of each series and Stated Maturity for redemption in proportion to the respective principal amounts of Obligations of such series and Stated Maturity then Outstanding, except as otherwise provided in the Special Provisions or in the Supplemental Indenture with respect to any series, making adjustment so that the principal amount of any Obligation to be redeemed shall be $1,000 or an integral multiple thereof.
