Determination of Final, Interim, Periodical, and Emergency Repairs. For purposes of this Agreement and the clauses set forth below: (i) Full Pavement Rehabilitation shall mean major rehabilitation of the asphalt pavement only, such as a thick asphalt overlay or a Cold-in-Place recycle with a hot mix overlay; (ii) Full Depth Reconstruction shall mean asphalt pavement repair or replacement and gravel base material repair or replacement; and (iii) in all cases the Town retains the right to make the final decision regarding the extent and type of road repairs.
