Determination of Dollar Amounts. The Administrative Agent will determine the Dollar Amount of all outstanding Advances and Letter of Credit Obligations on and as of (i) the date of each Credit Extension, (ii) the last Business Day of each quarter and (iii) any other Business Day elected by the Administrative Agent in its discretion or upon instruction by the Required Lenders (each, a “Computation Date”).
