Determination of at. risk amounts and additional P4P payments For MCPs that have participated in the Ohio Medicaid ABD Managed Care Program long enough to calculate performance levels for all of the performance measures included in the P4P system, determination of the status of an MCP’s at-risk amount will occur within six (6) months of the end of the contract period. Determination of additional P4P payments will be made at the same time the status of an MCP’s at-risk amount is determined.
