Determination costs Sample Clauses

The 'Determination costs' clause defines how expenses related to resolving disputes or making formal decisions under a contract are handled. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for paying costs such as expert fees, arbitration expenses, or other costs incurred during the determination process. For example, it may state that each party bears its own costs, or that the losing party pays all costs. The core function of this clause is to allocate financial responsibility for determination proceedings, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes over who pays for these processes.
