DETERMINATION AND PAYMENT OF FUNDS Government Subsidy. 12.1 The Department will only make payment of Funds (as calculated in accordance with this Clause 12 of this Schedule 1) for Training Services delivered to Eligible Individuals for currently endorsed courses and qualifications as identified on the Funded Courses Report as published on the SVTS and which are on the RTO’s Funded Scope. For the avoidance of doubt, payment of Funds will only be made where the Course Commencement Date for the relevant course or qualification:
