DETAILED. “Booking In” and “Booking Out” procedures will be agreed between the parties during the Implementation Phase, designed so as to include amendment of the status of the material on the Licensor’s ▇▇▇▇▇ electronic database system. The Publisher shall make available suitably qualified staff to be present during the Implementation Phase to enable such procedures to be developed. These agreed procedures shall be documented and attached hereto as Appendix A of this Schedule on completion of the Implementation Phase, and prior to the booking out of the initial batch of the Licensed Material from the Licensor’s repositories to the basement.
