Detailed Procedures. The Parties shall, not later than days before the First Commissioning Date, agree (or failing such agreement an Expert shall determine) detailed procedures consistent with Prudent Operating Practice for Commissioning the Units in accordance with, and consistent with, the terms of the Development Agreement.

Detailed Procedures. Step 1: A copy of the grievance shall be delivered to the employee's immediate supervisor of Chief Officer rank. The Chief Officer shall call a meeting with the grievant, his immediate supervisor if other than the Chief Officer, and any Union officer(s) that the employee wishes to have attend. Within ten (10) days following the filing of the grievance, the Chief Officer shall render a written decision. If the written decision does not resolve the grievance or if the Chief Officer fails to respond to the grievance, the employee shall have until twenty (20) calendar days after the date of submission of the grievance to the Chief Officer to carry the grievance to Step 2.If the City is the grievant, the Union will be notified within 10 days of the alleged violation or dispute or the City’s first knowledge thereof. Step 2: To carry the grievance to Step 2, the grievant shall file with the Deputy Chief of Operations a copy of the original grievance, a copy of the Step 1 response, and a written explanation of why the Step 1 response was not satisfactory. Within ten (10) days, the Deputy Chief shall meet with the grievant and Union representative(s). Within ten (10) days following the meeting, the Deputy Chief shall render a written decision. If the Deputy Chief's decision does not resolve the grievance or if the Deputy Chief fails to respond to the grievance, the employee shall have until twenty (20) days after the date of submission of the grievance to the Deputy Chief to carry the grievance to Step 3. Step 3: To carry the grievance to Step 3, the grievant shall file with the Fire Chief a copy of the grievance submitted at Step 2 together with the written decision of the Deputy Chief. Within ten (10) days, the Fire Chief shall meet with the grievant, and Union representative(s). Within ten (10) days following the meeting, the Fire Chief shall render a written decision. If the Fire Chief's decision does not resolve the grievance or if the Fire Chief fails to respond to the grievance, the employee shall have until thirty (30) days after the date of submission of the grievance to the Chief to carry the grievance to Step 4. Step 4: To carry the grievance to Step 4, the Union shall submit the issue to an arbitrator using one of the methods described in (A), (B), or (C) below. Detailed Procedures. The activities of individual employees and their cooperation is governed by a project plan, which must be prepared and approved at the start of the project. Coordination of project work shall be performed at regularly scheduled meetings. For the purpose of building expertise, the customer shall temporarily transfer an employee during technical implementation, who shall accompany the installation work. The customer shall likewise provide employees (key users) for work on the project team. The key users from the technical section possess the necessary expertise with regard to the business processes being represented. Moreover, they have the necessary competence to make decisions or cause them to be made on short notice regarding future development of business occurrences, as needed. Actual setup of the modules shall be performed by the contractor's employees in accordance with the specifications of the customer. All application-related tasks, such as collecting master data etc., shall be performed by the key users. Employees of the contractor shall explain the steps necessary for this in the system one time. Training users in the module series PROJECTS and FINANCIALS shall be performed by the contractor in the context of an in-house training. Instruction of users on the Time & Expense module shall be performed by the key users. Faults for which the contractor is not responsible and which result in a delay in completion of certain activities must be reported at once in writing to the customer's management. Additional expense resulting from this shall be paid by the customer, to the extent there is no direct reaction to the faults. If there is no corresponding notification, any additional expense incurred shall not be paid by the customer. The contractor assumes responsibility for faults for which the contractor is responsible. Additional expense incurred as a result by the contractor shall not be paid by the customer.
