Destruction, Requisition, Etc Sample Clauses
Destruction, Requisition, Etc and Section 10 (Insurance) of the Head Lease and Lessor shall be provided with certificates by each sublessee and confirmations in accordance with Section 10(e) (Certificates) of the Head Lease. Lessee shall take appropriate measures to ensure that each transferee or sublessee under any of the foregoing provisions is aware of, and does not cause any breach of, any obligation of Lessee hereunder.
Destruction, Requisition, Etc of the Head Lease shall survive the expiration or other termination of the Term and shall continue in full force and effect but only in relation to matters occurring prior to the expiry or termination or the Term.
