DESOURCING. If this Agreement is terminated in whole or in part, or is not renewed or extended, and Supplier Personnel are on assignment with GDLS at the time, Supplier agrees that GDLS and Supplier Personnel may take such steps deemed necessary to affect the transfer of such Supplier Personnel for employment with an alternate GDLS supplier. Nothing herein creates an obligation by GDLS to hire as a direct employee any Supplier Personnel; nor does it create any employment relationship between GDLS and any Supplier Personnel.
