Common use of Designation of CBD Properties Clause in Contracts

Designation of CBD Properties. From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional properties as CBD Properties by delivering an Officers’ Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, to the Trustee (i) setting forth the name of such property and (ii) certifying that, in the good faith opinion of such officers, such property is located in the central business district of a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such property shall be a CBD Property for all purposes of this Tenth Supplemental Indenture. ARTICLE THREE

Designation of CBD Properties. From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional properties as CBD Properties by delivering an Officers’ Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, to the Trustee (i) setting forth the name of such property and (ii) certifying that, in the good faith opinion of such officers, such property is located in the central business district of a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such property shall be a CBD Property for all purposes of this Tenth Twelfth Supplemental Indenture. ARTICLE THREE.

Designation of CBD Properties. From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional properties as CBD Properties by delivering an Officers’ Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, to the Trustee (i) setting forth the name of such property and (ii) certifying that, in the good faith opinion of such officers, such property is located in the central business district of a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such property shall be a CBD Property for all purposes of this Tenth Eleventh Supplemental Indenture. ARTICLE THREE.

From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional properties as CBD Properties by delivering an Officers’ ' Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit BEXHIBIT C, to the Trustee (i) setting forth the name of such property and (ii) certifying that, in the good faith opinion of such officers, such property is located in the central business district of a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ ' Certificate to the Trustee, such property shall be a CBD Property for all purposes of this Tenth Third Supplemental Indenture. 27 ARTICLE THREE

Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such property shall be a CBD Property for all purposes of this Tenth Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture. ARTICLE THREE.
