Designation Date. The Designation Date with respect to a ----------------- particular Other Compound shall be the date Pharmacopeia (i) identifies the structure of a Collaboration Library Compound pursuant to Section 5.3.1 above, or (ii) receives notice from BMS pursuant to Section 5.3.2 above.
