Designation and Selection of Representatives. A. The Executive Director of the FNA shall annually furnish to the University, a list of FNA Employee Representatives and FNA Staff Representatives who are designated to assist in processing grievances. This list shall include the name, address, and telephone number of each FNA Employee Representative and FNA Staff Representative. The University will not recognize any person as an FNA Employee Representative or FNA Staff Representative whose name does not appear on the list. B. No more than three (3) employees at the University may be designated as FNA Employee Representatives.
