Designation and Certificate Balance. 1.1 The designation of the class of Certificates is the Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Class 2005-A (the “2005-A Certificates”). The 2005-A Certificates shall be in the form set forth in Exhibit A hereto. For the purposes of the Trust Agreement and the other Basic Documents, the 2005-A Certificates shall be a separate class of Certificates.
