Designated Storage Sample Clauses
Designated Storage. The Parties agree that the Feedstock will be stored and handled by Buyer at designated locations situated at the Plant (the “Designated Storage”). During the term of this Agreement, Buyer shall make available Feedstock storage capacity at the Plant for Gavilon's use. The terms of such storage and handling are set forth on Exhibit “C”.
