Designated Base Clause Samples
The 'Designated Base' clause defines the specific location or facility that serves as the primary operational hub for a party under the agreement. In practice, this clause identifies where key activities such as storage, dispatch, or coordination will occur, and may specify a particular address or geographic area. By clearly establishing the designated base, the clause ensures logistical clarity and helps prevent disputes over where contractual obligations are to be performed.
