Design Workshop Sample Clauses

The Design Workshop clause establishes the requirement for collaborative sessions between the parties to develop, review, and refine design concepts or project plans. Typically, this clause outlines the timing, participants, and objectives of such workshops, ensuring that all stakeholders have input and alignment on key design decisions. By formalizing these workshops, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, streamlines the design process, and ensures that the final deliverables meet the agreed-upon expectations of all parties involved.
Design Workshop. Developer shall arrange a design workshop to familiarize the Designer’s personnel and IFA review personnel with the design concepts, issues, status, and review procedures. The intent of the workshop is to make the subsequent Design Reviews more effective and efficient for all parties. IFA and Developer shall jointly develop the agenda of the workshop and how it is be organized (e.g., by Design Unit and engineering discipline). The design workshop shall take place before Design Work commences. The design workshop shall take place no later than 30 days after NTP1. The agenda shall include developing an agreement regarding time provided in the schedule for Design Reviews. The duration of Design Reviews, particularly the duration of Phase 2, may vary depending on items such as the stage of the design development, the size of the review package, the complexity of the subject for review, potential environmental implications, public safety concerns, and the need for third-party review. The agenda shall include a discussion of the necessary Environmental Approvals, permitting processes, review times, and strategy for the mitigation of potential delays. Developer shall consider these issues and specified review times when preparing its proposed Project Baseline Schedule, as well as when discussing durations at this workshop. All agreements, schedules, and understandings reached during the design workshop shall be documented, in writing, by Developer and approved by Developer’s Project Manager and IFA.
Design Workshop. It is assumed that a design update meeting will be convened at a location to be named by the City following the BoDR submittal. Consultant will present the key project design elements and decisions made that are described in the BoDR. Following this design workshop, it is anticipated that the City will thoroughly review the submitted milestone documents and provide comments. A review comment matrix will be prepared to capture City provided review comments and responses of all comments. The responses will be meaningful and descriptive enough to allow for the City Project Manager to fully understand the nature of the comment and how the comment was closed. An additional review workshop may be needed to discuss how to properly address each comment. • Basis of Design Report • 30% Design Plans (PDF and AutoCAD formats) • BoDR workshop and meeting summary • Response Matrix to BoDR/30% Design Comments
Design Workshop. I (NOC Upgrade) HSMM will conduct a design workshop with the STARS Team and the SI to establish preliminary schematic concepts for the NOC. Preliminary “block plans” will be developed for further refinement in the Pre-Planning Study.
Design Workshop. Mountain Waterworks will conduct a design workshop to review the work products with the City’s personnel and other key project staff. Workshop minutes, including the City’s comments will be prepared and distributed to attendees. Mountain Waterworks will implement City and agency review comments from the 90% review as warranted. Completion of the final design will include plans, technical specifications, bid schedule and the Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. These items will be submitted to the City for bidding purposes.
Design Workshop a. The workshop will be a four (4)-hour workshop conducted in person by the Design- Builder. b. Workshop coordination will occur during weekly Design-Builder Progress Meeting. c. Design-Builder will prepare agenda, presentation materials, and minutes for all workshops. d. Consultant’s PM and up to two (2) technical support staff will attend the workshop. e. Consultant will review workshop minutes and submit comments. f. Time allocated for workshops includes review of workshop minutes.
Design Workshop. This design workshop will cover the networks, VLANs, IPs and DNS names required to transition to VMware from Hyper-V or migrate from existing Vmware as required. A detailed Design Workbook for each location will be created by mapping out the new infrastructure desired state. It also may include: • Existing Documentation Review • Discussion of how changes could affect items outside of the scope
