Design Team. Owner has a separate contract with the Design Team related to the Project. Both the CM/GC and the Design Team shall be given direction by Owner through Owner’s Authorized Representative. The CM/GC agrees to support Owner's efforts to create a collaborative and cooperative relationship among the CM/GC, Design Team, other Project consultants, and Owner’s Authorized Representative.
