Design portions. ‌ The parties acknowledge and agree that the draft Detailed Design and the draft Construction Documentation may be submitted by RMS for review by the City in multiple portions and the process described in clause 4.4 and clause 4.5 (as applicable) will apply separately to each portion submitted.
