Design Phases. The Basic Design Services to be provided by Design Builder and/or Design Build Architect-Engineer shall be performed in the phases described hereinafter and shall include all services customarily furnished in accordance with generally accepted industry practices for this type of professional design service consistent with the terms of this Agreement.

Design Phases. C.1.2.1 Design Builder shall undertake the Design in progressive phases, that shall include the following (each a “Design Phase”): 30% design phase; 60% design phase; 90% design phase; and Issued for Construction (IFC) phase.
Design Phases. The Design-Builder, Architect, Consultants, and Contractors shall comply with the Owner’s guidelines, located at: xxx.xxxxxxxxx.x00.xx.xx/Xxxxxxxx/Xxxxxxxxxx/Xxxxxxxxxx/XxxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxxx/XxxxxxxxxxxxXxxxxxXxxxxxxxx. If Design-Builder believes compliance with the design guidelines would not conform to applicable laws or the applicable professional standard of care, Design-Builder shall so advise the Owner prior to performance of the Services at issue. The Owner’s review or approval of any design documents shall not relieve the Design-Builder of its responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of such documents.
Design Phases. All costs associated with performing professional services as outlined in III shall be billed monthly and paid to Owner’s Representative by City on an hourly basis based on the rates established on Attachment 02 not to exceed $17,650.00.

The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to designate a readily accessible representative (either on Site or by computer, phone or fax or otherwise) who shall have authority promptly to render decisions and to furnish information required of the Design Professional.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
