Design Package. The following is the design package that 3Com expects to receive relative to the Mongoose product. It is expected that this package will be available in it's entirety at the time of fabrication of the final Mongoose product. - RTL Verilog Code that compiles without errors and with all warnings messages investigated. - Verilog simulation environment with self checking test cases. A self checking test case will report an error when the feature to be tested fails. - Behavioral, minimum delay netlist, typical delay netlist, and maximum delay netlist simulations passing in Verilog simulation environment. - Set of test vectors with 90% or greater test coverage. - Simulate vectors using minimum, typical, and maximum delays.

Design Package. The Design Package comprises all designs, drawings, schematics, software, documents, information, and other items that are made available by ICIL to the Licensee in connection with this Agreement, including: (a) the “JamVent” design document; (b) the control software (written in LabVIEW); and (c) the ▇▇▇▇ of materials. The term “Design Package IP” means any intellectual property rights, other than any trade marks or similar rights, that may subsist in the Design Package to the extent that such intellectual property rights are (i) solely owned by ICIL, and (ii) not made available under any open source licence terms.
Design Package. Supplier agrees that the Design Package shall be provided on a work-for-hire basis, and that all right, title and interest in and to the Design Package and all underlying Intellectual Property Rights thereto shall be owned by Company.
