Design/Implementation/Modification Sample Clauses

Design/Implementation/Modification. The Grantee shall be solely responsible for the proper design and implementation of the Youth Service Bureau Services/Project as described above in detail in this Section of this Grant Agreement (including all of its attachments and links to relevant website information). The Grantee agrees to complete the Youth Service Bureau Services/Project in accordance with the plans and specifications outlined in detail above in this Section (including all of its attachments and links to relevant website information), which includes, but is not limited to, the currently applicable DCS’ Service Standards, the Grantee’s RFP Response which is on file with the State, as well as in accordance with all of the other plans and/or specifications contained and/or referenced above. Modification of the Youth Services Bureau Services/Project shall require prior written approval of the State.
