DESIGN EFECTS. The Consulting Engineer is responsible for the Design defects, and all the consequences thereof, of the Works designed by him. The Consulting Engineer has no liability for any part of the Works not designed by him or under his responsibility unless the Consulting Engineer has taken decisions or made directives on the services of others connected with the works, and by so doing accepts responsibility for those services.
