Design Development Services. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical shall submit to Owner construction plans and specifications setting forth in detail drawings and specifications described in the requirements for construction of the Plant and completion of the Work. The construction documents shall meet the requirements of the Contract and be consistent with the scope of the Work. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical and Owner shall meet and confer about the submissions, with Owner’s review of the design submissions and construction documents being for the purpose of mutually establishing a conformed set of construction documents compatible with the requirements of the Work. Neither Owner’s review nor approval of any design submissions or construction documents shall be deemed to transfer any design liability from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical to Owner.
