Common use of Design Development Services Clause in Contracts

Design Development Services. 60% SUBMISSION‌ This Phase shall consist of the development of the approved schematic design, including the mechanical, electrical and all other systems required for the Project, as well as recommendations for bidding packages, order of construction and timing. During this Phase, all design criteria and solutions shall be established and developed within the program requirements and budget as established by the Owner.

Professional shall incorporate comments on the approved schematic design of the Owner, the Owner’s Consultants, and the Client into the design development submission.
