Design Development Approval. As part of the Service B 30% Review Submittal, the Designer shall furnish the Owner a revised project cost estimate based upon the Service B 30% Review Submittal. The approval of the revised 30% Review Submittal project cost estimate and the Service B 30% Review Submittal by the Owner and all public agencies involved will constitute authority for the Designer to proceed with the performance and completion of Service C.
