Design Build Entity Responsible for Other Fees. Except for the fees paid by Judicial Council enumerated above, Design Build Entity will be responsible for payment of all other Authority Having Jurisdiction fees. All costs relating to permits, approvals, fees, licenses, connections, and charges that are required by the state of California, the county, the city, governmental or quasi-governmental entity that are the responsibility of Design Build Entity shall be considered a Direct Cost of Work unless otherwise indicated in the Contract Documents.
