Design Acceptance and Testing Clause Samples
The Design Acceptance and Testing clause establishes the procedures and criteria for evaluating whether a delivered design meets the agreed-upon specifications and requirements. Design Acceptance and Testing a) The Contractor will submit a Detail Design according to ECM requirements for review and authorization by the Employer before commencing with implementation.
b) The Contractor will do a full FAT at its premesis which will be witness and signed off by the Employer.
c) Once the system is fully implemented all functionality wil be tested and verified against the requirements.
d) The Contractor is required to perform a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) according to Guideline: 240-49230046
e) The Contractor provides the Employer with the assessment and results for review and acceptance.
