Description of Investor Services on a Continuous Basis. The Administrator will perform the following services if required with respect to the Funds: (i) Maintain the register of Shareholders of the Funds and enter on such register all issues, transfers and repurchases of Shares in the Funds; and (ii) In coordination with a Fund’s accounting agent, arrange for the calculation of the issue and repurchase prices of Shares in the Funds in accordance with the LLC Agreement.
