Seller shall sell, transfer, and deliver to Buyer the goods described on the Description/Proposal attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" subject to such terms as are set forth in Xxxxxxx County Contract 00-3091, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “B,” and in this Agreement.
