DESCRIPTION OF EXISTING INDEBTEDNESS. Among other indebtedness which may be owing by Borrower to Bank, Borrower is indebted to Bank pursuant to, among other documents, a Loan and Security Agreement, dated on or about December 16, 2005, as may be amended from time to time, (the “Loan Agreement”). Defined terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings as in the Loan Agreement. Hereinafter, all indebtedness owing by Borrower to Bank shall be referred to as the “Indebtedness.”

Among other indebtedness which may be owing by Borrower Borrowers to Bank, Borrower is Borrowers are indebted to Bank pursuant to, among other documents, to a Loan and Security Agreement, dated on or about December 16as of October 12, 20052017, as may be amended by that certain Loan and Security Modification Agreement, dated as of November 20, 2017 (as further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, (collectively, the “Loan Agreement”).
