The “Description of Each Project” in the “Executive Summary” of the “FTA Award” section of the Recipient’s Underlying Agreement often provides only a brief description of each Project and related activities to be undertaken by the Recipient; therefore, the Recipient agrees to perform the work described in the terms of its Underlying Agreement, including all the documents and information incorporated by reference and made part of that Underlying Agreement.
