D/B/A TAMPA GENERAL HOSPITAL, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, and (iii) Hospital Authority of Tift County, Georgia corporation (“BuyerTGH”) a Georgia hospital authority duly organized under the Georgia Hospital Authorities Law).
