DER commissioning testing. All Power Potential Providers will need to sign a Power Potential DER Framework Agreement with UK Power Networks. This agreement includes technical characteristics of the Provider, which the Power Potential team will confirm makes the Provider eligible to participate once they have gone through the commissioning stage.
