Deputies. The Head, the Vice-Head and the three (3) Deputies shall comprise the Executive Council of the area of Autonomy.

Deputies. If two (2) or more bargaining unit members have the same classification date, for the purpose of breaking the tie, seniority will be determined by the bargaining unit members “CCN” number. The lowest number constitutes the senior bargaining unit member.

In business enterprises where there are at least 30 salaried employees tied to this agreement, the employment contract of a deputy shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may be terminated in accordance with chapter 7, section 10, subsection 2 of the Employment Contracts only when a significant number of the deputy shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ work tasks end and the employer is unable to arrange work appropriate to his/her professional skill or otherwise suitable for him/her, in the manner intended by chapter 7, section 4 of the Employment Contracts Act.
