Common use of Deposits to Accounts Clause in Contracts

Deposits to Accounts. Deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, or direct any Obligor to deposit or remit, any Collection or proceeds thereof (other than as remitted to Seller pursuant to Section 1.3(a)(ii) hereof) to any account (or related lock-box, if applicable) other than any Lock-Box Account covered by a Lock-Box Agreement.

Deposits to Accounts. Deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, or direct any Obligor to deposit or remit, any Collection or proceeds thereof (other than as remitted to Seller pursuant to Section 1.3(a)(ii) hereof) to any account (or related lock-box, if applicable) other than any Lock-Box Account not covered by a Lock-Box AgreementAgreement (including any organizational or operational account of any Originator or any of its Affiliates) except in accordance with Section 5.5.

(i) Deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, or direct any Obligor to deposit or remit, any Collection or proceeds thereof (other than as remitted to Seller pursuant to Section 1.3(a)(ii) hereof) to any lock-box account (or related lock-box, if applicable) other than any a Lock-Box Account covered by a Lock-Box AgreementAgreement (or solely with respect to Medicare/Medicaid Receivables, to the Subject Account) or (ii) permit funds other than Collections to be deposited into any Lock-Box Account or Subject Account.

(i) Deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, or direct any Obligor of any Pool Receivable to deposit or remit, any Collection or proceeds thereof (other than as remitted to Seller pursuant to Section 1.3(a)(ii) hereof) to any deposit account or lock-box account (or related lock-box, if applicable) other than any Lock(x) a Collection Account that is covered by an Account Control Agreement or (y) a Mail-Box Account covered by a Lock-Box Agreementor (ii) permit funds other than Collections on the Pool Receivables to be deposited into any Collection Account.

Deposits to Accounts. (i) Deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, or direct any Obligor of any Pool Receivable to deposit or remit, any Collection or proceeds thereof (other than as remitted to Seller pursuant to Section 1.3(a)(ii) hereof) to any deposit account (or related lock-box, if applicable) other than (x) any LockCollection Account that is covered by an Account Control Agreement or (y) a Mail-Box Account covered by a Lock-Box Agreementor (ii) permit funds other than Collections on the Pool Receivables to be deposited into any Collection Account.
