Common use of Deposits and Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Deposits and Disbursements. All trust funds not invested shall be deposited by the Trustees in such depository or depositories as the Trustees shall from time to time select, and any such deposit or deposits, or disbursements therefrom, shall be made in the name of the EPB Fund in the manner designated by the Trustees and upon the signatures of the persons designated and authorized by the Trustees or by the Investment Manager appointed in accordance with Section 4.4 herein.

All trust funds Trust Fund assets not invested shall will be deposited by the Trustees in such depository or depositories as the Trustees shall will from time to time select, and any such deposit or deposits, or disbursements therefrom, shall will be made in the name of the EPB Fund Trust in the manner designated by the Trustees and upon the signatures signature(s) of the persons designated and authorized by the Trustees or by the Investment Manager a custodian appointed in accordance with Section 4.4 hereinthe provisions of this Agreement.
