Common use of Depositary Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Depositary Arrangements. The Managing General Partner shall have full authority to amend, extend or terminate the Depositary Agreement or the services of a Depositary if, in the sole discretion of the Managing General Partner, it deems it appropriate to do so. If the services of a Depositary are terminated, the Managing General Partner shall make substitute, comparable or other arrangements to facilitate trading of Class A Units or interests in Class A Units.
