Deposit Security. At the time of execution of this Rental Agreement, Tenant shall pay to Landlord in trust the sum of $ , (not to exceed two months' rent) to be held and disbursed as a rental deposit pursuant to the provisions of the Iowa Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
