Common use of Deposit of Collections Clause in Contracts

Deposit of Collections. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Indenture, for any Monthly Period during which the Issuer is permitted to make a single monthly deposit to the Collection Account pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Indenture for such Monthly Period, the Issuer need not make the daily deposits of Collections into the Collection Account as provided in Section 8.4 of the Indenture, but may make a single deposit in the Collection Account in immediately available funds not later than 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the related Payment Date.
