Common use of Deposit Limitations Clause in Contracts

Deposit Limitations. You may send multiple Files to the Credit Union throughout the day, not to exceed $2,500.00 per day or $5,000.00 per calendar month. If the total dollar value of the Files sent by you to the Credit Union on any day exceeds the Deposit Limit, the Credit Union may, at its option, refuse to accept the File that exceeds the Deposit Limit, or the Credit Union may accept and process the File. The Credit Union reserves the right to change the Deposit Limitations. All such changes shall be effective immediately and may be implemented prior to your receipt of notice thereof. You may contact the Credit Union at any time, during business hours, to verify the current Deposit Limitations.
