Deposit Applied. The Initial Deposit and Additional Deposit and all interest earned thereon are collectively called the “Deposit”, and constitute funds to be applied, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, toward the payment of the Purchase Price. The Deposit shall be held and invested by Escrow Agent in accordance with the joint written instructions of Seller and Buyer given to Escrow Agent contemporaneously herewith.
