Deployment Environment. If a specific operating or cloud environment is specified in the Order Form, the applicable MicroStrategy Software may only be accessed, installed or executed from or in such specified environment, except for any On-Prem Software which technically requires deployment in a different operating or cloud environment. e. Affiliates. Your Affiliates may purchase MicroStrategy Products from us by executing an Order Form which is governed by the terms of the Agreement. This will establish a new and separate agreement between your Affiliate and the MicroStrategy entity signing such Order Form. f.
