Department Instructors. Employees who are qualified as Department Instructors shall receive a premium based on the time spent during the day of instruction on instructor specialties approved by the Chief of Police. The premium amount for time spent shall follow this schedule:
Department Instructors. An Association member shall receive an application rate of 2% of his/her regular rate of pay for being assigned as an instructor in Firearms, Defensive Tactics, or EVOC.
