Denver Project Services. During the Term, the Lead Provider shall directly or indirectly provide the Denver Project Services for the Target Population (as hereinafter defined) in accordance with this Contract. The Denver Project Services shall not supplant any existing state, local government, or school district employee who is providing the same services that the Lead Provider shall provide under this Contract.
