Denture or Partial Repairs. Services to repair broken dentures or partials are covered. Relining or rebasing of full or partial dentures by a lab is limited to once every sixty-month (60) period.
Denture or Partial Repairs. Services to repair broken dentures or partials are covered once per thirty-six (36) month per upper and lower dentures. Relining or rebasing of full or partial dentures by a lab is limited to once every sixty-month (60) period. For members 19 years old or older, a waiting period applies for this benefit. See Summary of Dental Benefits for details. We will NOT cover services that have a start date which occurs during the waiting period when benefits are not available.
