Common use of Denial of Use Clause in Contracts

Denial of Use. The Lessor reserves the right to deny use of the facility to individuals or organizations that conduct or advocate illegal activity. The Lessor reserves the right to remove from the Hall any such individuals or organizations; in the event of the exercise of this authority, Lessee waives all claims for damages on that account.
