DEMONSTRATING ACCOUNTABILITY. 9.0.1 Taking account of the arrangements set out within these WHSSC SOs, the Joint Committee shall demonstrate to the LHBs jointly, citizens and other stakeholders and to the Welsh Ministers a clear framework of accountability within which it:  Conducts its business internally;  Works collaboratively with NHS colleagues, partners, service providers and others; and  Responds to the views and representations made by those who represent the interests of the citizens it serves, its officers and healthcare professionals. 9.0.2 The Joint Committee shall also facilitate effective scrutiny of its operations through the publication of regular reports on activity and performance, including publication of an Annual Report. 9.0.3 The Joint Committee shall ensure that within the WHSST, individuals at all levels are supported in their roles, and held to account for their personal performance through effective performance management arrangements.
