Demonstrate Compliance. NetWitness shall, upon reasonable prior written request from Customer (not to be made more than once in any twelve-month period), provide Customer such information as may be reasonably necessary under applicable law and in accordance with NetWitness’ security practices, to demonstrate NetWitness’ compliance with its obligations under this DPA.
